7 Ways to Show and Feel More Confidence with Your Body Language
Did you know that 93% of our communication is through body language? Having the wrong body language will not only make you look less confident, it will make you feel less confident too. Here are 7 quick fixes to show and feel more confidence with your body language.
- Slow the pace of your walk and lengthen your stride.
- Raise your chest up slightly.
- Roll your shoulders back.
- Never look at the ground. Look up and around at your surroundings.
- Make eye contact with those you approach.
- Smile with your mouth and your eyes.
- Pay attention, be present, and connect to the person you’re speaking with.
